The Tucson: A Compact That Doesn’t Feel Compact

Hyundai Tucson

It's still a five-seater and front-seat passengers have about the same amount of legroom, but it’s wider on the inside, with 57.6 inches of shoulder room instead of the 55.5 inches in the Kona. There’s an even bigger difference in rear seat legroom. Passengers back there get 41.3 inches of space to straighten out their legs.

If you like to load up the back with your gear for on the road, the Tucson starts with 36. 4 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats. You can expand this to just over 80 cubic feet if you fold down the rear seats.
